Phonak are one the largest hearing aid manufacturers in the world. They are based in Switzerland and are part of the Sonova Group, which includes Unitron.
The Phonak Virto Paradise (Virto P) was released in 2022. Paradise is the name of the platform operating the hearing aid, Virto is name Phonak uses for all custom made hearing aids.
Phonak Virto Paradise is available in 4 technology levels: P30, P50, P70 and P90 being the top of the range model. Phonak Virto Paradise supersedes Virto Marvel.
Phonak Virto Paradise Models
Phonak Virto Paradise P-10 NW O – a small CIC hearing aid using size 10 zinc air battery. The hearing aid is non-wireless which means no connectivity to mobiles or streamers.
Phonak Virto Paradise P-312 NW O – an ITC hearing aid requiring a 312 zinc air battery. The hearing aid is non-wireless which means no connectivity to mobiles or streamers.
Phonak Virto Paradise P 312 – an ITC hearing aid requiring a 312 zinc air battery. The hearing aid is wireless which allows for direct connectivity to mobiles (hands-free calls) and other Bluetooth devices.
Phonak Virto Paradise P -Titanium – a robust CIC made of Titanium. Needs a size 10 zinc air battery and is non-wireless
Phonak Virto Paradise Hearing Aid Prices
Sound Hearing believes in transparency and therefore publishes all the prices of our hearing aids. First click on the picture of the to choose the product model. If you hover over the picture a text description will appear. Next choose the technology level you are interested in. Below technology choose single or pair of hearing aids and then Standard Service or Service LITE. A price will then appear above and below. If you click clear all tabs will be reset so a new search can be performed.
Phonak Virto Paradise Technology
Phonak have improved the Bluetooth protocol for Paradise which enables Paradise devices to be paired to up to eight Bluetooth devices and be connected to two simultaneously.
The Virto P-312 version also allows for true hands-free use of a mobile, keep your phone in your pocket and answer your phone call by pressing a button on the hearing aid.
Phonak Paradise runs on the new PRISM (Processing Real-time Intelligent Sound Management) chip.
The chip runs the new AutoSense 4.0 software. AutoSense constantly scans the listening environment and fine tunes the audio with up to 200 adjustments for an optimised listening experience.
New Speech Enhancer is designed to enhance one-on-one conversations when people maybe speaking softly by providing more gain on the soft input speech signals.
The new Dynamic Noise Cancellation system employs a directional beamformer when users are trying to understand speech in a loud environment. The new system works in combination with Phonak’s adaptive beamformer as well as the motion sensor.

Phonak myCall-to-Text app – will transcribe so the user can read what is being said in real time.
The Phonak Paradise Remote app will connect to the Virto P-312 and allows users to make multiple adjustments to the hearing aids.
Phonak Paradise allows for remote hearing care. This means you can have face to face appointment with video with an audiologist and the hearing aids can be adjusted remotely via the internet.
Phonak have released a new app called Speech to Text. This app will transcribe so the user can read what is being said in real time.
