Phonak Hearing Aids product range

Phonak hearing aids full range

The names of Phonak’s hearing devices can be confusing. Phonak has released several products in recent years. All Phonak hearing devices are listed below, the first word – Phonak – refers to the manufacturer.

The second word refers to the style of aid:

  • Audéo – Receiver in the canal hearing aid – RIC
  • Bolero Behind the ear hearing aids -BTE
  • Naida – Behind the ear – BTE – Power hearing aid range for severe and profound hearing losses
  • Virto – custom-made In-the-ear hearing aids, including IIC, CIC, ITC, and ITE.

The last word refers to the technology platform, with Lumity being the newest technology.

What are the Latest Phonak Hearing Aids?
  • Phonak Lumity is the newest Phonak hearing Aid. Running the new PRISM chip, these new Phonak Hearing Aids enable Bluetooth audio streaming and hands-free calling with your phone. Phonak Lumity also provides improved speech understanding with Autosense 5.0.

Phonak and Wireless Audio Streaming

Phonak are leading the way in offering Bluetooth compatibility. What does that mean for you? With their universal wireless solution, you can now stream stereo audio directly to and from any standard Bluetooth-enabled audio device. Whether you’re listening to music, watching a movie, or making a phone call, these hearing aids offer a seamless experience.

One of the most exciting aspects of these Bluetooth hearing aids is the ability to enjoy hands-free calling, as the hearing aids function as wireless headsets. This is particularly useful for people who are constantly on the go, as it allows them to stay connected without having to fumble with their phone. And with Android phones accounting for more than 85% of the global smartphone market, it’s great to know that Phonak have made sure their devices are compatible.

Phonak Lumity and Paradise hearing aids allow up to 2 active Bluetooth connections and the ability to pair up to 8 different devices. This means that you can easily switch between your phone, computer, and tablet without having to constantly disconnect and reconnect. And with other models like the Moxi Receiver-In-Canal (RIC), Stride Behind-The-Ear (BTE), and Insera custom products, there’s something for everyone at different technology and power levels.

In summary, if you’re in the market for a new hearing aid, it’s definitely worth considering the Bluetooth options from Unitron and Phonak. With seamless connectivity, hands-free calling, and the ability to connect with multiple devices, these hearing aids offer a truly modern and convenient experience.
