Phonak is one the largest hearing aid manufacturers in the world. They are based in Switzerland and are part of the Sonova Group, which includes Unitron.
Phonak is known for its innovative hearing aids. Phonak was formed in 1947 in Switzerland and became the leading innovator in analogue hearing aids. In 1985 after purchasing multiple additional hearing aid companies, it became Phonak Holding AG and the world’s leading provider of digital hearing aids. 2007 it changed its name to Sonova Holding – or Sonova Group.

Phonak Slim Hearing Aid Prices
Sound Hearing believes in transparency and therefore publishes all the prices of our hearing aids. To locate a price, click on the picture to choose the hearing aid model. If you hover over the image, a text description will appear. Next, choose the technology level you are interested in. Below technology, choose a single or pair of hearing aids and then Standard Service or Service LITE. A price will then appear above and below. If you click clear, all tabs will be reset to perform a new search.
Sound Hearing offer Standard Service and Service LITE:
Standard Service – includes a home visit hearing test, a home visit fitting and home visit aftercare for life. This suits new users and older adults who may have trouble cleaning and maintaining their hearing aids and need regular support.
Service LITE – Includes a home visit hearing test and a home visit fitting. Aftercare is then chargeable. This may be suited to experienced hearing aid users who can maintain their hearing aids. It may also be suited to customers who spend time overseas.
Phonak Slim Charger
The Phonak Slim Charger Case is a compact charger with
magnets in the charging slots that make it easy to
insert and remove the hearing aids. The chargers use a
standard USB-C charging port that lights up when
power is applied.
Phonak Slim Hearing Aids take 3 hours to charge.
Phonak Slim Hearing Aids Bluetooth Connectivity
Phonak Slim hearing aids are compatible with nearly all Bluetooth smartphones. Phonak has been refining the Bluetooth streaming in their devices since the launch of Marvel hearing aids in 2018. Slim hearing aids allow for actual hands-free use of a mobile. Keep your phone in your pocket and answer your phone call by pressing a button on the hearing aid.

Phonak Slim are available in 4 colours: Silver/Black, Graphite/Black, Copper/Black and Sandalwood/Black.
Phonak Slim Hearing Aids Technology
Phonak Slim runs on the PRISM (Processing Real-time Intelligent Sound Management) chip and includes motion sensors. PRISM runs the new AutoSense OS™ 5.0 software, which enables SmartSpeech technology.
Phonak Autosense OS 5.0
Trained with artificial intelligence, Autosense is software that automatically changes the programs and settings of the hearing aid. As a hearing aid user moves into different listening environments, Autosense automatically loads the best program, changes the volume, and adjusts the hearing devices’ advanced features.
Speech Enhancer
Speech Enhancer is an adaptive feature that enhances a soft speech signal in quiet situations. Hearing aid wearers experience reduced listening effort in quiet.
Dynamic Noise Cancellation
Phonak Slim hearing aid wearers can benefit from reduced listening effort in noise thanks to Dynamic Noise Cancellation. The system works with Phonak’s adaptive beamformer and the motion sensor.
Motion Sensor Hearing
Motion Sensor Hearing Detects if the user is stationary or moving and how noisy the surroundings are. AutoSense OS™ 5.0 then automictically adjusts the hearing aids setting to ensure optional hearing.
SteroZoom 2.0
StereoZoom 2.0 enables the hearing aid microphones to focus on speech from the front and is activated in noisy listening environments.
SpeechSensor
With SpeechSensor, users can hear from the back and the sides. This automatic feature detects the primary speech source and adjusts its microphone modes to ensure the client has more access to speech from the side and back.
Phonak App – Slim
The Phonak Slim Remote app allows users to make multiple adjustments to the hearing aids.
