Rexton’s newest technology platform is called Reach. The first model, Reach R-LI, was released in 2023, with new models released periodically. The latest Reach models to be released in 2025 are the Reach Rugged and the Reach Custom IIC and CIC.
All Rexton Reach hearing aids benefit from free firmware updates. This means your hearing care professional can upgrade your hearing aids when updates become available.

Rexton Reach hearing aids are available in 3 Receiver-in-canal (RIC) models. The difference between the models is a slight difference in the size of the hearing aids and connectivity options:
- Rexton R-LI – LE Bluetooth (smallest)
- Rexton R-LI T – LE Bluetooth and Telecoil
- Rexton R Plus – Bluetooth Classic and Telecoil
LE Bluetooth will connect to most modern Apple and Android phones to stream audio and hands-free calling.
Telecoil (T-coil) is a wireless audio receiver in hearing aids that connects you directly to sound systems via magnetic loops. They are most commonly found in theatres and churches.
Bluetooth Classic – enable Reach Plus to connect to almost all Bluetooth-enabled devices for a seamless streaming audio experience and hands-free calling.

The price of Rexton Hearing Aids will depend on the technology level and service package you choose. One hearing aid costs from £590.75, with the top-of-the-range costing £1595.00. Two Hearing Aids cost from £1,015.75 to £2,995.00. All prices include an in-person hearing test, fitting and a 5-year warranty.
Rexton Reach Hearing Aid Technology
SoundPro 3.0 automatically optimises all the sound-processing features in Reach Hearing Aids to provide optimal speech clarity and excellent sound quality.
Multi-Voice Focus Technology scans the environment 1,000 times per second using four independent Focus Beams. With up to four focus beams available, the device can perform multi-voice focus scans, track multiple voices, and continuously adapt to the dynamics of the conversation. This creates a seamless, comfortable listening experience. It highlights the voices of those speaking from multiple people while also tracking those who are silent—all without switching modes or programs and without any delay.
The Voice Stabiliser adjusts the hearing aid settings to ensure that all voices within the focus beam are amplified evenly, even when the sound levels rise or if a voice drops. It maintains a positive signal-to-noise ratio, enabling users to concentrate on the most distinct sound and speech signals.
My Voice 2.0 processes general sound and the user’s voice separately but simultaneously. This ensures that the user’s perception of their own voice remains comfortable without affecting the processing of other people’s speech.
Rexton’s Speech Preservation Technology is an innovative feature that significantly enhances your ability to understand speech in loud settings. Isolating and prioritising speech sounds over background noise makes conversations much easier to follow.
Binaural OneMic Directionality (BOMD) is technology that overcomes the constraints of single microphones found in Rexton Reach inoX CIC, Custom CIC and Custom IIC Hearing Aids.
Through advanced binaural processing, BOMD enables two single-microphone hearing aids to work together as if they were a single directional microphone. This enables Rexton single-microphone hearing aids to boost the speech-to-noise ratio and separate different voices more effectively — helping you follow conversations with greater confidence in challenging environments.
All Rexton hearing aids include Advanced noise reduction, which helps dampen unwanted noise in the surrounding environment.

Rechargeable Rexton Reach Hearing Aids have a choice of chargers. The Stationary Charger is included in all prices shown. The Travel charger and Dry & Clean charger cost extra.

This portable charger has a built-in power bank that can charge the hearing aids 3 times before needing to be plugged in.
The Travel Charger RIC is compatible with Rexton Reach R-LI | R-LIT | R Plus, and the Travel Charger 2.0 works with Rexton Reach SR.
Rexton Charging + Station R | Charging + Station SR
This stationary charger has an integrated drying function and UV cleaning light, ensuring hearing aids stay clean and in good condition.
The Charging + Station R is compatible with Rexton Reach R-LI | R-LIT | R Plus, and the Charging = Station SR works with Rexton Reach SR.
Rexton inoX-CIC-L Charger
This is a small, portable, and light charger compatible with Rexton Inox CIC LI hearing aids.
Its built-in power bank can be charged via USB or with a QI charging pad.

Smart Mic could also be used in lectures and conference-like settings. Place the microphone and speaker together, then stream the speech directly to your hearing aids.
