Signia Insio Charge & Go IX CIC was released in September 2025. It is Signia’s first rechargeable Custom CIC.

Signia Insio C&G IX Models and Colours
Insio C&G IX hearing aids come in one model, CIC (completely in the canal).
These are Custom hearing aids, which require a hearing care professional to take an impression or scan of your ear canal. The impression or scan is then sent to Signia, who will design and manufacture it to fit your unique ear canal exactly.
Signia also produce a rechargeable fit and go CIC hearing aid. These are called Silk Charge GO IX.
Three colours are available: Black, Dark Brown and Mocha.

Binaural OneMic Directionality (BOMD) is a new technology that overcomes the constraints of single microphones by using advanced binaural processing to create a virtual directional microphone system from two single-microphone hearing aids. This means that Signia Insio C&G IX single-microphone hearing aids can significantly improve the speech-to-noise ratio, resulting in clearer speech understanding in noisy environments.

Which Insio IX Technology and Model is right for me?
All Signia Insio Charge and Go IX hearing aids share the same physical properties, which are rechargeable and have access to the Signia App.
The key difference between the technology levels lies in the performance available in Dynamic Sound Processing 3.0.
Motion 3-IX technology performs well in the home with small groups.
Motion 5-IX performs well in home and moderately noisy environments.

About Signia Hearing Aids
Siemens sold its hearing aid division to Sivantos in 2014. Since then, the Sivantos Group has released many new hearing aids branded Signia. In 2019, Sivantos merged with Widex to form WSA Audiology, including the brand Rexton.
Signia IX Hearing Aids use the latest technology. Signia Pure Charge & Go were the first hearing aids on the IX platform to be released in 2023.

Will Signia Motion IX hearing aids work with my phone?
Yes, the Signia App will work with most mobile phones. The Signia app can be loaded and used on most iOS devices (version 11.0 and higher) and Android mobile phones (Version 6.0 and higher).
Insio IX CIC do not have Bluetooth, and therefore, audio streaming is not possible.

How do I know my Signia Insio IX hearing aid is charging?
The Signia charger displays a flashing green light to indicate that it is correctly in place and charging. A solid green light indicates charging is complete.
Do I need a hearing test before buying Signia Insio IX hearing aids?
Yes, you must receive a hearing test and consultation with a hearing care professional before purchasing Signia Motion IX hearing aids.
Signia Insio IX hearing aids are fitted to a prescription calculated from your hearing test results. Sound Hearing recommends that your hearing test and hearing aid fitting be completed in person, rather than remotely via the internet.
Can I buy one hearing aid?
Yes, you can buy one hearing aid. Usually, people have hearing loss in both ears and require two hearing aids.
Are Signia Insio IX Rechargeable Hearing Aids?
Yes, all Signia Insio IX hearing Aids are Rechargeable. They use a built-in Lithium-Ion Battery. No more need to use disposable batteries!
Do Signia Insio IX Hearing Aids stream phone calls?
Signia Insio IX hearing aids are not Bluetooth-enabled and therefore do not support any audio streaming.
Will Signia Insio IX Hearing Aids work with a severe hearing loss?
