Unitron Vivante Hearing AidsÂ
The Unitron Vivante Hearing Aids Range was released in the UK in 2023. Unitron Vivante supersedes Unitron Blu Receiver in the canal (RIC) hearing aids. For custom in-the-ear (ITC, CIC) hearing aids, Unitron Blu is the most current Unitron product.

Unitron Vivante Technology Video
Unitron Vivante uses Sonova’s latest PRISM (Processing Real-Time Intelligent Sound Management) chip and runs Unitron’s Integra OS (operating system). Â Integra constantly scans the listening environment and fine-tunes the audio with up to 200 adjustments for an optimised listening experience.
Integra OS has evolved to include a new 8th listening environment, conversation in loud noise. This unique program uses Unitron’s latest feature, HyperFocus. Hyperfocus improves the signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) in noisy environments. Focusing the hearing aid microphones on a narrow beam directly in front of the user amplifies speech from the front while ignoring other noise outside the beam.
Vivante also features a new 360-degree conversation in-car program. This programme automatically focuses on speech, regardless of where passengers are sitting, while noise reduction reduces engine and road noise.
AutoFocus 360 uses a network of four microphones to determine where speech is coming from and then alters the amplification in each ear to maximise speech understanding. AutoFocus 360 also employs dynamic noise reduction, making it easier to engage in conversations in noisy environments like a busy coffee shop.
The Soft Speech feature boosts soft-speaking people, making quiet voices clear and comfortable.
Unitron Vivante is made for any Bluetooth phone and allows hands-free calling. Vivante hearing aids can connect to two Bluetooth devices simultaneously and be paired with up to eight.
The Unitron Vivante uses Flex Trial technology. Users can trial entry-level technology; if they feel it does not meet their needs (in noise, for example), they can Flex Upgrade the hearing devices. The upgrade is a software update; new hearing aids do not need to be ordered.
