All Starkey Edge AI hearing aids come with a 5-year warranty. Released in late 2024, Edge AI hearing aids supersede Genesis AI, Evolv AI, and Livio AI.
Starkey has launched EDGE AI in several styles to cater to individual needs, and EDGE AI comes in three technology levels: 24, 20 and 16.

New Technology in Edge AI Hearing Aids
Starkey’s Edge AI features the new G2 Neuro Processor, which provides enhanced memory, speed, and performance. This advanced digital processor is unique to Starkey and contains a neural processing unit (NPU) which operates the dedicated Deep Neural Network (DNN). The processor incorporates acoustic information, motion and listening intent and is designed to mimic brain function in three distinct areas.
- Sensory—Neuro Sound Technology 2.0’s sensory feature analyses your surroundings and adapts the sound accordingly. It uses our G2 Neuro Processor’s Deep Neural Network to detect whether you’re in a quiet or noisy place, have multiple speakers, or are moving, adjusting the audio processing to match your environment.

The Starkey Neuro Processor is designed for efficiency and speed, allowing Starkey to add new features that help patients hear in all environments. This setup ensures efficient processing, enhances speed and extends battery life to 51 hours. My Starkey APP
The My Starkey app is designed to enhance the user experience of Bluetooth-enabled Starkey Edge AI Hearing Aids. Key features of the My Starkey app include:

The Starkey Table Microphone has eight built-in microphones. It aims to enhance listening in noisy environments, particularly during meetings, family gatherings, or dining in loud restaurants. The microphone allows the wearer of a hearing aid to concentrate on the main speaker.
