Own Voice Processing acoustically scans the wearer’s head during the fitting process and learns to recognise when the wearer is speaking. A dedicated setting is applied when the wearer is speaking to reduce loudness and improve sound quality.

Signia Insio IX IIC was released in Spring 2024, following Insio AX, Insio X, and  Insio NX. Signia Insio IX IIC has a 5-year warranty and has been released in three technology levels: Insio IX 3, Insio IX 5, and the top-of-the-range Insio IX 7. Insio IX IIC hearing aids require a Size 10 Zinc-air battery that lasts 4 to 5 days. About Signia Siemens sold its hearing aid division to Sivantos in 2014. Since then, the Sivantos Group has released many new hearing aids branded Signia. In 2019, Sivantos merged with Widex to form WSA audiology, including the brand Rexton.

• Hearing Loss Range: The Insio IX IIC is the smallest hearing aid and uses a 50 dB receiver, suitable for moderate and mild hearing loss. The larger CIC can install a powerful 60 dB receiver for severe hearing loss.
• Connectivity: Though Insio IX can use the Signia APP, it does not have Bluetooth connectivity. This means it will not have Bluetooth audio streaming.
